Based on the screen, we match you to the home type your profile actually qualifies for — not the one you hope for. Garage upgrades are priced in at this stage so the bond is sized correctly.

5 to 10 working days
The deal goes to Standard Bank, Absa, FNB and Nedbank in parallel. We negotiate rate, deposit and conditions across the four offers and present the strongest one to you in writing.

12 to 16 weeks
Construction begins on your unit. Bond registration runs in parallel. You receive monthly site photographs and a written progress note from our project office.

On registration
Final inspection, snag list closed, bond registered, transfer lodged. You collect keys at the on-site sales office and the prepaid meters are activated in your name.
